Our Social Dining menu changes in line with the season, but is always strongly inspired by Italian cuisine. With a natural respect for our Danish roots and ingredients, the menu gets a Nordic twist. If separate cold & hot dishes are chosen, we recommend approx. 3-4 dishes per person.

Smoked potato with lovage served with acidic ricotta cream & crutomat. Topped with creamy Gold selection caviar
Mini pie – Watermelon – Fried basil
Crispy mini pie filled with pancetta cream. Served with roasted almonds, crispy & juicy watermelon, balsamic & fried basil
Arancini – Parmesan – Herbs
Crispy risotto balls with parmesan & herbs, served on lemon cream. Topped with sea salt
Fried scallop in own shell on a bed of creamy asparagus cream.
Topped with drops of browned butter & fresh herbs
Shellfish soup made with broth of mussels, cream & soup herbs. Served with a creamy mascarpone cream, chopped summer greens & drops of tomato oil
Homemade Italian stracciatella on a base from fresh tomatoes & pickled San Marzano tomatoes. Topped with smoked salt, basil oil & fresh basil leaves
Baked cauliflower with acidic cream & roasted buckwheat. Topped with a coarse crumble made of Italian focaccia
Basso’s Italian meatballs with pine nuts & zucchini. Served with an acidic tomato sauce & freshly grated parmesan
Silky risotto made from Italian cream cheese, black pepper, white wine & truffle. This dish is a classic on our menu & an absolute must try
Fried chicken thighs with spinach, fresh peas & onion in an acidic white wine reduced lemon sauce. Topped with crispy pancetta & pea shoots
Fried corn with cream seasoned with confit garlic.
Topped with herb crumble made with charred garlic & parsley
Creamy homemade pasta on cream-based white wine sauce & black pepper. Plated with puffed potato & sage
Fresh strawberries in basil & balsamic.
Served with homemade vanilla ice cream & crispy almond biscuit
