Menus

Banquets hosted earlier than our usual opening hours, will typically occur in the timeframe 11.00 am – 16.00 pm. If you wish to extend this timeframe, there will be an extra charge per person.

If you wish to have a dinner party during the day at Basso, we require a minimum spend of 12.000 kr. (Incl. taxes).

    Homemade Italian stracciatella on a bed of fresh tomatoes & pickled San Marzano tomatoes. Topped with smoked salt, basil oil & fresh basil leaves.

    Mushroom soup – Pickled beech hats – Herb oil
    Creamy and rich soup of mushrooms, cream, herbs & sherry. Served with pickled brown beech hats, fresh vegetables & green herb oil.


  • Fried scallop – Browned butter – Ox broth

    Fried scallop served in its own shell on a bed of browned butter & ox broth.
    Topped with fresh herbs.

    Glazed ribs with spicy sauce made from bell pepper & tomato.
    Topped with pistachios.

  • Casarecce pasta – Beets – Poppy seeds

    Homemade  Casarecce pasta with a sweet sauce made with beet juice,
    fresh herbs, creamy mascarpone & blue poppy seeds.

  • Seared Cavolo Nero – Garlic – Parmesan

    Seared Tuscan kale with vinaigrette made with garlic, Italian olive oil & grated matured parmesan.

Dessert

  • Chestnut caramel – Italian meringue – Lemon curd

    Airy whipped cream with chestnut, seared Italian meringue, acidic lemon curd & roasted almond flakes. Served on a bed of chestnut caramel.
